RESUME DEVELOPMENT

Most people preparing to enter the job market need to have three separate marketing themes.

  1. A statement about who they are, their experience and what they are looking for – the target. We call this “the Two Minute Pitch.”
  2. A Cover Letter to use in explaining why a resume is being sent to someone. The template of the letter can be changed for individual situations, but the message must be consistent with “the pitch.”
  3. A resume, which addresses the target, is consistent with the pitch, and is comfortable for the candidate to market from.

I work very closely with clients in resume development, and can arrange for professional word processing. I prefer to work with you in preparing your resume, not writing it for you, because it is essential your resume is yours!
